Going global - Bundesliga
The most challenging goal for the German Bundesliga is continuously scaling an already very well-known brand. Jung von Matt FLOW supported the organization with deep data insights from potential future key markets.
Our findings were harnessed by the Bundesliga to find a sustainable yet agile entry strategy for global markets. The primary challenge was to locate opportunities for utilizing marketing budgets and, ultimately, creating the maximum possible momentum and impact for branded content.
Jung von Matt FLOW also measured and evaluated the marketing ROI of teams and players. With this information, the Bundesliga was able to choose suitable marketing weapons for different markets.
