2020After introducing the heart-breaking stories of Henry the Hedgehog and fluffy bumblebee Hanna in the past years, this time Edgar is conquering the hearts of the world in Erste Group's third international Christmas film. 2020 held many challenges in store. One of them was the Covid19 pandemic, which turned our world upside down. Especially for the older members of our society, this year of distance and isolation was a hard test.
This film is therefore dedicated to them and tells a story of loneliness and the power of community - a Christmas tale full of truth and emotion.
The result:
Edgar's Christmas reached over 40 million people and showed us all how important it is to be there for each other, especially in difficult times. #believeyourself
