Roughly once per decade, a new generation of consoles is released, triggering a worldwide hype among all gamers. And the expectations for the campaigns meant to usher in the new gaming era are accordingly high.

For the launch of Microsoft's next-gen console, the Xbox Series X, we therefore developed an epic campaign, implemented in cooperation with exclusive launch partner OTTO, one of the largest e-commerce companies in Germany. Fans who pre-ordered their console at otto.de had the chance to receive it personally at a launch event two weeks prior the official release date. They were expecting a relatively boring marketing event where they would receive their new Xbox - and were unprepared for ​​the action-packed surprise we had in store for them.

Together with the world's most famous cosplayer "Maul Cosplay" and the biggest game publishers, we took three fans on a journey into the worlds of Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Cyberpunk 2077 and Gears 5, ensuring an experience they will not forget in their lifetime.
