Jung von Matt is looking for Junior Manager People & Culture (m/f/d) intern.

As the ideal Junior Manager People & Culture, you already have professional experience in the area of People & Culture/Human Resources in an agency.

With a confident, motivated demeanor and enthusiasm, you will drive content-related topics forward within the agency. You bring organizational strength and a structured way of working as well as the passion to intensively exchange ideas with employees, to represent the agency and to identify possible levers to ensure the satisfaction of the agency team. You should also be interested in the topics of labor law and personnel development.

Eloquent, independent and 100% reliable, you will support the HR work for the entire Jung von Matt Group.
