Jung von Matt is looking for (Junior) Manager People & Culture (m/f/d) intern.

As the ideal (Junior) Manager People & Culture, you ideally already have professional experience in the area of People & Culture/Human Resources in an agency.

With a confident, motivated demeanor and enthusiasm, you will drive content-related topics forward within the agency. You bring organizational strength and a structured way of working as well as the passion to intensively exchange ideas with employees, to represent the agency and to identify possible levers to ensure the satisfaction of the agency team. You should also be interested in the topics of labor law and personnel development.

Eloquent, independent and 100% reliable, you will support the HR work for the entire Jung von Matt Group.

We also welcome applications from (Junior) Project Managers (m/f/d) who want to embark on a new and exciting career path in advertising. Here, too, you should bring with you a high level of commitment and a willingness to learn in order to quickly meet the profile described above.
