Jung von Matt is looking for a Senior Manager:in People & Culture (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting.
You have fun and interest in representing the agency and attracting new people to Jung von Matt? As an ideal JvM Senior Manager People & Culture (m/f/d), you have at least four years of experience recruiting for a creative agency. You have confidence in evaluating application documents, a good overview of the agency landscape, creative competitions, universities and a real sense for hidden talent.
Project managers and creatives (m/f/d) who want to take a new path in HR are welcome. The prerequisite here is also that you have gained professional experience in a creative agency.
You will look after agency vacancies independently and responsibly, advising the specialist managers competently and at eye level.
With your proactive approach, you control the processes of applicant management from briefing interviews to active sourcing and contract negotiations. Your organizational talent is characterized by the fact that you always keep an eye on topics, timings and interfaces.
In addition, you will be responsible for exciting generalist People & Culture and Recruiting topics of the Group together with our great and dedicated team.
