JvM AGTrainee People & Culture

Jung von Matt is looking for Trainee People & Culture (m/f/d) with a focus on human resources management.

As an ideal JvM Trainee People & Culture (m/f/d) you bring organizational strength and a structured way of working.
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree, ideally with HR relevance. 
You are emphatic, outgoing and enjoy administrative work. You are motivated to work on content and to drive projects forward.
During your traineeship, you will work through all areas of the People & Culture department: from focusing on HR management and HR development to recruiting new talent for our JvM Group.

You will gain a good overview of the agency landscape, creative competitions as well as our work at universities and the JvM Academy, where we train ourselves.
