Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for an Process and Delivery Manager (m/f/d).

As an ideal Process and Delivery Manager (m/f/d) you are the reliable hub between the Project Managers, Controlling and Creation. You are responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring and optimizing processes and business procedures within the company. In close cooperation with the project managers, you will implement dedicated measures. With your commitment, you ensure smooth operations, optimize processes and increase profitability within the agency.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a marketing communications specialist or a degree in marketing or business.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in an agency.
• You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Equipped with an understanding of the market, strong argumentation, sovereignty and foresight, you are a very good contact person for our colleagues.
