JUNG VON MATT START IS LOOKING FOR GERMAN-SPEAKING STRATEGIST (M/F/D)

We support startups in their early stages: through our Founder-Centric Brand Services approach, we deliver exactly what is absolutely necessary right now to answer startup needs individually. That's why, in addition to excellent creative work and brand expertise, we rely on digital, agile methods, processes and products. We bring the dynamics of the scene into our organization and speak the language of our target group. In other words, our everyday agency life looks a little different than you'd expect.

Your area of responsibility

• You generate intelligent insights on people, markets and brands
• The development of positioning strategies and brand personalities are as much a part of your core competencies as the understanding of the underlying business models.
• You have mastered the marketing keyboard in various disciplines and are constantly working your way into new ones
• You integrate your colleagues from design and conception and like to exchange ideas with other departments of Jung von Matt.  
• You design and moderate processes that give our customers orientation and interactively involve them in the right places.
• You are actively involved in the development of our agency and thus decisively shape our START culture.

What you bring to the table

• You can analyze without gaps and draw the right conclusions. 
• You can put it all into powerful words and put it into complex contexts. 
• You cultivate customer relationships with empathy and passion and are a sought-after contact person for brand and marketing strategy.
• You are passionate about the startup world and regularly keep yourself informed about the most important trends and events.
• You are used to working independently and proactively support where needed
• Your Mindset: Creative Leadership
• Degree and several years of agency experience 
• Your english skills are overwhelming.
