Automate Rollout Processes: Designed and automated content marketing migration processes and setups in Contentful from eight different CMS Systems.
Content Implementation Services: We supplied a near shore service and implemented over 5000 pages from 12 Markets with more than 20 different entities with 12 different languages.
Outcomes
We build an extensive ecosystem to migrate content from legacy systems to the new platform with a combination of automations and services. To streamline the whole process we’ve implemented data exchange formats based on open standards, created Sharepoint infrastructure to manage all data and reduced a 3-Month process of setting up a market and populating basic pages to a two week cycle, including imports of the legacy content pages as skeletons.
